Upon graduating from the French Pierre Loti High School, she studied Advertising and Public Relations in the United States. After working in the Advertising and Public Relations fields for many years, she opened her children's gym and entertainment centre. Preferring to continue her professional life as a consultant to raise her two children, Roys started her active working life again in 2022 by joining Space Istanbul.
