Graduating from the Philosophy Department of Middle East Technical University in 2022, Şevval Tekercioğlu was awarded the Emerging Leaders Entrepreneurship Scholarship by Harvard Business School during her undergraduate studies. Inspired by her academic background, she stepped into the real estate sector and has been specializing in buyer representation—particularly for local and international clients in the Nişantaşı area—for the past three years. Currently working at Space’s Nişantaşı Office, Tekercioğlu also plays an active role in the brand marketing team as a content creator. With her passion for aesthetic architecture and thoughtfully designed living spaces, she provides a consultancy experience that inspires her clients.
