In all the 18th and 19th century engravings, Bebek is seen as a district on the coast dominated by Bebek Pavilion, leaning on empty and green slopes with abundant and large trees, decorated with a few wooden mansions towards the hills where mansions follow each other. The ferry and tram services started in the district in the middle of the 19th century; Bebek has gradually become a place of continuous living, leaving its suburban appearance. From the end of the 19th century, mansions began to proliferate on the coast and its hills.

This remarkable, 2nd-degree historic mansions’ restoration was completed in 2007 and has a closed area of 850 square meters in a decare garden.
