Kanyon Residence was opened in 2006 and is located on an area of 30,000 m2 . The project, with a total construction area of 250,000 m2 , was financed by the Eczacıbaşı Group and İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (ISGYO) and architecturally designed by Tabanlıoğlu Architecture, Arup and Jerde.

The project includes a 4-storey shopping mall, a 26-storey office block and 179 residences ranging in size from 80 m2 to 360 m2.    

In 2012, the world-famous Time magazine ranked Kanyon Residence as the innovative concept of the city in the list of the 5 most characteristic and remarkable architectures of Istanbul, and it is also a unique project that makes life easier with its location and direct connection to the metro.

Kanyon Residence social areas include an indoor car park for 1 car for each apartment, 24 hour security and closed circuit camera system, swimming pool and children pool, Turkish bath, sauna, fitness, steam room, massage room, children playground, wireless internet, central satellite system.
