Metrocity was built on a plot of 24,000 m2 in Levent. The project, which is one of Yüksel İnşaat's investment projects, is a 210,200 m2 complex consisting of a 16,500 m2 23-storey office block, two 27-storey residential blocks of 46,700 m2 each, a 52,000 m2 shopping mall, an 85,000 m2 car park and a social facility. 

Each tower has 4 high speed lifts, generator system, heating/cooling/central ventilation with VRV system, security and ready-to-use internet system. Residents of the residences ranging in size between 121 and 370 m2 are provided with 24-hour doctor and ambulance services, as well as the opportunity to benefit from all kinds of sports activities.
