Located in Hebil Bay, Türkbükü, Moment Hebil stands apart from other residential projects in the area with its boutique scale of just six detached triplex villas. The villas are designed as clean, white volumes, with a transparent architectural approach adopted on every floor. Large glass surfaces and pergolas all but remove the boundary between the interior and the garden. Keeping the project deliberately small in scale allows each villa to preserve its privacy and its distance from neighbouring buildings.

THREE-LEVEL LIVING
Each villa has a 6+2 layout (six bedrooms and two living rooms) set across three floors that can be used independently of one another. The garden floor houses a spacious living room that opens onto the pool terrace through sliding glass doors, along with the kitchen and one bedroom. The upper floor features en-suite bedroom suites and generous terraces, while the lower floor brings together a second living room, three bedrooms that receive natural daylight, a staff room, covered parking and ample storage. Buyers can configure the lower floor either as a living room or as a spa, depending on their preference. A private elevator in each villa connects all three floors.

A HOME WITHIN A HOME
Each villa can be entered from three separate points: the covered car park, the courtyard and the garden. In addition to the generous gardens, Zen-inspired inner courtyards give the lower-floor rooms both daylight and a direct connection to the garden. The landscaping makes use of natural stone and local plant species.

When the lower floor is configured as a spa, it becomes a private wellness area with a massage room and a relaxation lounge. Together with the private pool and courtyards, this space brings hotel-standard comfort into the home.
