In addition to this report, the relevant regional expert consultants within Space conduct a market value study and present the determined “Starting Price” and “Buy Now Price” proposal to the property owner.
If an agreement is reached with the property owner regarding the sales conditions and prices, a Sales Specification and Authorization Agreement are signed between the property owner and Space. Space initiates the e-offer sales process and manages this process until the title deed transfer is completed.
