Mertcan Yıldırım completed his high school education at Acarkent Doğa College, studied English at ELS in Los Angeles, and graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University with a degree in Advertising. After pursuing a career in advertising and marketing, Yıldırım shifted his focus to the real estate sector, working in Beykoz Acarkent and the Bosphorus area; during the summer months, he was actively involved in the Çeşme–Alaçatı region. Yıldırım, who served as a sales consultant for the Residence and Yalı areas of the Rixos Tersane Istanbul project, joined Space Istanbul as a real estate consultant in 2026. Yıldırım, who loves to travel and discover new places, shapes his consulting approach by closely observing different lifestyles from this perspective.
